Default AOS - Does it matter which City/State I live in?

Alan,

I have a quick question. Does it matter which city/state I live in?

My PD is 09/2005. I know for sure that USCIS processes AOS based on PD.

Does it matter if you live in a city where there are too many foreign nationals Vs. a samll town where you hardly find any foreign nationals?

Thanks in advance for you advice

Regards
Kumar

No, doesn't matter at all. It's the same for every state.
