Default H1B fee n Filing

My brother has sponsor ready for filing H1b

1. What does he need to file H1b
2. how much is total cost for filing(including attorney fees and govt fee).

If he is in the USA, he will need to provide copies of his passport and I-94. He will also need to provide copies of his degrees and mark sheets (transcripts).

Our fee is $1,200 plus the USCIS filing fees of $1,820.
