This section contains the most recent processing times for the four INS Regional Service Centers, for the INS District Offices, and for the State Employment Security Agencies (SESA's) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).

On March 18, 1999, INS Headquarters issued a memorandum to all Service Center Directors advising them regarding the expected processing times for various types of petitions and applications. You may wish to check whether your service center is presently meeting the processing times indicated by this memorandum.
